So you escaped from lawn insects unscathed only to find out that your beautiful lawn has contracted a disease/fungus! Don’t worry. It isn’t the end of the world, but it is a problem that will need to be addressed. A simple fungicide program can stop the disease/ fungus dead in its tracks. But, it will require more than one application. In order to keep some diseases and fungus under control, you must apply a fungicide every 10-14 days or there is a strong possibility your lawn could contract it again and take on more damage and stress. The best way is to preventative measures in place is to reduce the likelihood of contracting a disease/fungus. After the application is made, the fungicide must remain dry on the target area for at least 12 hours before watering of any kind.
